“After a horrendous and unsuccessful ear irrigation experience with a district nurse, which left my 93 year old Mum too frightened to endure a second attempt I looked for an alternative. I just liked the feel of the Hearing Lab website and the reviews were impressive, so I booked an appointment. Mum was still apprehensive as I explained to Iram when she arrived. She was absolutely lovely, very friendly and caring, talking Mum through the procedure and assuring her about it. Iram was extremely professional and knew her job, which she completed in no time much to the absolute delight of Mum. We were intrigued at being able to view the before and after results on her laptop too! What a fantastic service and a lovely girl. Thank you very much from both of us.”

“Speedy Treatment. I was seen a little earlier than my appointed time. The treatment was very effective and both ears were cleared of wax. It was good value for an instant solution to an irritating problem...I would certainly recommend it, if like me, you are faced with a lengthy wait for ear irrigation on the NHS. The gentleman was very pleasant and got on with the job. The treatment room was well equipped.”
